1. Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves on industry-leading turnaround times to keep your supply chain moving.
Kampala & Wakiso: Same-day delivery for all orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Upcountry Uganda: Guaranteed delivery within 24 hours.Regional Exports:
Delivery to Tanzania, South Sudan, DRC, Rwanda, and Burundi within 72 hours.
2. Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.Items must be in the original packaging.Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.Exemptions: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, and items marked as “Sale” are non-returnable.
Refund Structure:
Korapak Error (Defective or Wrong Item): If the error is ours, we offer a 100% full refund or an immediate exchange.
Change of Mind: If you return an item due to a change of heart or customer error, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. The Process
Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Credit: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 5 days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, then contact us at info@korapak.com.
4. Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please deliver it to our collection point:
Korapak UgandaArua Park, William Street, Kampala
Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for “Change of Mind” returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability: For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our warehouse. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@korapak.com.
