[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala — President Yoweri Museveni has defended the anti-corruption inspection tours being conducted by Local Government Minister Balaam Barugahara and State Minister Justine Nameere, dismissing concerns that the ministers could be “Kutomera” or blindly searching for wrongdoing.
